Simple: I think the consequences are potentially terrible for Russia. It takes months to repair, it also requires specific equipement (imports?).
I also noticed that ALOT of these plants are located at the very Western side of Russia (terrible, this is just terrible boyz ??)

Ukraine developped (probably with the assistance of *some* allies) these long distance drones only recently.

A couple light weight drones hitting a refinery does not take out the refinery. Obviously the drones cause damage and fires but the damage will be repaired and operations will resume.

You said a couple of light drones are not doing much damage to the refineries, I noted it down and we will discuss about it later. Let's hope it will not start another fire
