All available data suggests that the drop-off in efficacy of the vaccines against Delta is largest in the category we care the least about, protection against symptomatic infection. The drop-off in hospitalization and death rates appears to be significantly smaller. No idea how the numbers on the transmission rate of the fully vaccinated look like.
