There's plenty of war crimes being carried out by both sides, but its still worth noting them when we have the evidence. Videos of surrendering soldiers being executed, POWs abused, medics targeted, etc.
There won't be any court presiding over the war crimes of both sides of this conflict when its over, so this is as far as they'll be known.

All countries are paying the EU from which funds are drawn if the EU decides so

I listed aid per country which is not wrong data it's correct data showing France itself hardly contributed outside of EU aid
