I feel like I'm obligated to pop in just to provide this link to your guy's discussion;

https://www.mncourts.gov/mncourtsgov/media/High-Profile-Cases/27-CR-20-12949-TT/Exhibit112112020.pdf

That is even more detailed into rationale and analysis than either the press statement or autopsy, the latter of which just stated the facts

We've had lies about the election being stolen.... an insurrection at the Capitol... an impeachment trial... presidential nomination hearings... a massive COVID relief bill... but what woke Goom up from his PaRD sleep was defending the darkie-killing cop.

For the third time, when Floyd stopped struggling, he had already succumbed to cardiac arrest.

Answer plainly: Does the "recovery position" cure cardiac arrest?

Given the answer is "no" answer this: Given from the point where Floyd succumbed to when the EMTs arrived was almost exactly 2 minutes, what more could the officers have done?

NN more pictures. I'm not that stupid. Stop pretending I am. Words or scientific studies are more appropriate, kiddo.

Where's the proof for this?

Mr. George would still be alive if he didn’t break the law & then resist arrest. However with that being said, those two things shouldn’t result in one losing their life. The dickhead police officer should not have put his knee on his neck in that manner, for that amount of time. Mistakes were made all around, however Chauvin shares some of the responsibility.

100 cases over the last 10 years where people died just while being restrained. What police are taught is wrong.

No thank you.

Literally what the fuck are you talking about? Floyd went into cardiac arrest. He was resuscitated. Multiple times.

NOTHING in your magical fairy fluffy foofoo world of "recovery position" would have helped anything. It was the cardiac arrest that was the problem. The recovery position does not cure OR HELP the cardiac arrest.

It's like we're on a different planet here. I thought we might be getting somewhere, for a little while. Now, I just want to know what the fuck you're talking about.

According to the coroner's report, there was no damage to the throat whatsoever. That means the "knee on the neck" was there to keep the head pointed one way, nothing more. It wasn't pressure, merely control, which is a law enforcement officer's job.

I don't believe Chauvin is accountable. That being said, if the jury finds that he's fully accountable, fine. I'm not really concerned, beyond looking at the facts as we know them.

No.

Slide 1, specifically references cardiac arrest, then states clearly recovery position alleviates positional asphyxia, which exacerbates cardiac arrest:

Slide 2 illustrates the unused recovery position, and Floyd died of cardiac arrest, and complained of asphyxia, which can occur even if the throat isnt stomped on.

JFC, the medical examiner IS the coroner. Andrew Baker IS the Hennepin Country medical examiner, he is the pathologist listed on the autopsy report, he is referenced as the medical examiner in the FBI interview that Goom linked.

In the FBI interview, it is stated that the "...press release from Baker's office included some personal comments to help the public understand the autopsy report."

The autopsy does not reflect on any cause of death related to officers on scene.

You're a fan of pictures, not facts. We get it. How could the recovery position have stopped the cardiac arrest? We're waiting.

The autopsy does not reflect on any cause of death related to officers on scene.

That's the autopsy that Andrew Baker was describing and explaining to the FBI agents during his interview in this link;
https://www.mncourts.gov/mncourtsgov/media/High-Profile-Cases/27-CR-20-12949-TT/Exhibit112112020.pdf
and the same one described in the press release here;
https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/MNHENNE/2020/06/01/file_attachments/1464238/2020-3700%20Floyd,%20George%20Perry%20Update%206.1.2020.pdf

there's no conflict between them, its one report written by one man. It consistently describes the facts and the conclusions about 'cause of death' and any role the police may or may not have played.
The only inconsistency was Baker being pressured into labeling it a homicide in the first place, contradicting the complete lack of evidence he described and even baldly saying in a normal case he wouldn't label it a homicide.
And that only happened because the original prosecutor on the case, Mike Freeman, went to visit Baker without any witnesses in violation of court rules, and pressured him into calling it a homicide- Baker was up for his license renewal before a city board in a couple weeks, and he probably also liked his house not burning down. Judge Cahill booted Mike Freeman and all of his prosecutors off the case as a result.

I do.

If you're gonna get hung up on the recovery position STOPPING cardiac arrest (rather than not exacerbating it, which is what Snipa is specifically referencing), then let's take it a step further. If your suspect is in a state of cardiac arrest, and you want to STOP said condition, then why didn't they administer CPR immediately? Now you're running back into that duty of care problem (as well as venturing into depraved indifference territory).

correct. not only did i not state it would, but stated it would not several times.

you're beating a strawman, when ive said all along they could have simply bought time to increase floyds chances while in their care.

and right on time circling back to another strawman.
