we want less people getting it, regardless of survival rate, at this point in the fight against covid. early on herd immunity pre vaccine was a solid goal if done safely, it isnt now, and people dont seem able to adjust.

makes sense the in highly populated areas variants would be kicked up a notch, especially if in poor areas with low mask wearing.

I know far more about game theory, probability, hysteresis than you likely. Most people don't understand a bell curve and its implications on the nature of defining truth.
