You yourself had written the following just one page earlier:
You yourself claimed that the main source of inequality in the U.S. was the early settlement period of the country, when land was given to whites for free while blacks were enslaved. This doesnt affect the later white settlers like the Italians who came in the 1900s and 1910s, nor does it affect the Africans who came as actual immigrants (and not as slaves) after 1964.
Oh yeah, needless to say that your claim "almost all white families can trace their family wealth back to the period of free land" can obviously not be true since 30-50% of the white population came to the U.S. after the period of free land.
Just because one side of your family came here during that time doesn't mean the other side of your family did. People intermarry, and 100 or more years after you can trace most things back to those families, and even then white families that came after 1964 still benefited from the comparative advantage of racist polices that literally just got removed a few years ago. There are still plenty of policies on the books today that were designed to disadvantage one group over the other, and they echoes of less recent policies remain in everything from actual wealth accumulation to current social attitudes.
Still, before we get into the details we should agree on principal about moral culpability.
