As for Scott Ritter, he obviously has had a vendetta against US and Biden since 1993. Listening to his expressed views is a self-harm exercise.

I will go ahead and listen to John Mearshiemer or Graham Allison or Stephen Walt. More realistic and balanced .
Jeffrey Sachs is too indulged in the "save the world from poverty no more wars lets work together." sort of narrative, which is noble and commendable but rather impractical and naive at some point.
