Yeah it comes down to whether you think Seymour Hersh's ukrainian sources are telling the truth or not, same as the nordstream II story. Answer is both cases is a "probably"
There were even less well sourced rumors in the last few days, when Zaluzhnyi was sacked a trove of documents leaked out claiming to be GRU reports of conversations between Zelensky and Zaluzhnyi and the latters phone calls, and included a list of derogative nicknames Zaluzhnyi supposedly called Zelensky in private- "Frodo", "Krivoy Rog Imbecile", "Comedian Dicks"", "Shmyga", "Stuart Little", and my favorite "Little Mossad Agent". Now that's even more dubious a report with no verification, though its also questionable why Russian disinfo agents would even bother faking transcripts of boring low level phone calls and name-calling since nothing in the documents was serious, not to mention they'd need some knowledge of Ukrainian shibboleths, and a lot of it doesn't even translate to english or make sense in russian outside of their memes ('blue rail cart')
