Like, a Paris agreement ? Even with NK it has been the US stepping out of agreements several times, you need to blame both sides here. iirc Bush stepped out an agreement to stop nuclear weapon development replacing them with sanctions. Escalating and not resolving the situation.

They are not in love with NK, they are their direct neighbors. The surrounding countries are directly impacted when a war would break out, citizens there are in danger the most, giving these countries more rights to deal with the issue their way

Yes, owning nukes give countries power so they can sit at the adult table in negotiations. Imo the only reason why Nuclear powers are not giving up their nuclear weapons. I wish we could.

US atm is the troll in the room nobody wants to have. It's triggering NK while being triggered by NK. Russia and China are the adults trying to manage the situation.

It has to be seen how many here are for increased sanctions.. Strangling the economy further is doing nearly the same, yet more ppl tend to applaud it.
