Re the Nazi comments about concentration camps and deportations of that poor Ukranian refugee hiding in Sweden or wherever: there are 6 million+ Russian citizens registered living in the EU and ~26 million+ identified as having Russian as a second language. There are also countless second and third generations that identify as Russian without a passport or ability to speak the language. It’s quite entertaining to read these fantasies and I sincerely hope EU drops support for fellas like him and deport them back to Ivano Frankivsk so they can rebuild their nation the way they dream. Imagine what he could have achieved if he redirected all that passion he spends trolling an ancient videogame forum again and again via several multis - would be spent acquiring property, raising kids and showing the world that his work ethic and culture is superior. Alas he chooses to humiliate himself with this public display of his intellectual capacity. Sad.

I was focusing on the "history of corruption in Ukraine" ... This said: I would distinguish whole russian culture, people, from the whole ruscism (or neo-stalinism?) & related corruption which are INFECTING Russia since decades.
Even worse: Russian culture is about to disapear because of them: you can't protect a culture by oppressing intellectuals, at some point it falls.
Sorry to inform you that power corruption is not culture, even when it's so deeply institutionalized.
