Technically oil exports aren't sanctioned directly. There is a price cap imposed by G7 nations with several exceptions like blending, third party processing, e.t.c.
Just don't trade with G7 nations directly or use exceptions that they themselves have allowed.
US OFAC directly encourages oil traders to keep buying Russian oil to ensure continuity of worldwide supply. Europe purchases of Russian LNG are at all times high.
Still wondering when we'll see sanctions ever actually change a government's mind. Cuba has been under sanctions since 1959. Arguably it was US oil sanctions on Japan in 1941 which triggered Pearl Harbor.
A cynical person might observe that the biggest success of sanctions has been in transferring wealth from international banks to the US government - and where the US leads, the likes of UK inevitably follow.
