I think what needs to be noted here is that there are literally so many Russians and vehicles that it's a "Target rich environment." If you're a ukranian soldier near a city with a Surface to air anti aircraft missle you just have to wait for a few hours to find and lock onto a helicopter and send it into the dirt.


Defenders advantage means ukranians can hide under camouflage nets, and building, choosing where to engage and ambush. Russians have to move in the open and therefore have to be more vulnerable.

however today was rather peaceful.

teh russian army is changing the strategy.

they used today to restock, rediscuss and so on. they won't be blitzing anymore among otehr things.

i think they saboteur groups are also going to change strategy.

I'm sure the negotiating has something to do with today's relative calm.

Death by starvation being uncommon doesn't mean millions of people aren't starving. Dying from lack of food also doesn't necessarily mean lack of nutrients is the actual cause of death. Most commonly it will be disease that won because the body had insufficient resources to fight off disease.
