Interesting, but by the way Russian pensioners dress I don't think they have much in terms of savings if at all, compared to their Dutch counterparts.
But maybe they just being thrifty salvaging junk/food from dumpsters while their country sits on enough natural resources to push quality of life beyond that of Western Europe.
Putin and his cohorts of thieves is whats important, worth every penny to sustain their billion dollar lifestyles lol
