How so? Wouldn't Russia be better off without Putins corrupt regime? It's literally the most corrupt "white" country on the face of the earth lol.

There is no evidence to suggest that in the absence of Putin that Russia would be "better off". The culture that Putin has created, or the cult of personality he has created, will leave an awful vacuum when he is gone and the utterly corrupt system currently in place does not lend itself to wide spread reforms and wealth and prosperity for all. As we all know, the US is eyeing Russia as a dying old man and wants to take everything from Russia. In this context, Russia in general would not be better off without Putin. All that is happening now is that the US is alienating Russia (and China), which is pretty dumb.

also meme's dont win arguments.

FT keeps throwing Zelensky under the bus. Time for a new colonial administrator in Ukraine.

Quite candid quotes that should put to shame our local warmongers if they had a yota of honesty:

Ukraine should realize and do what’s best for its people and stop being a disposable puppet in a tight grasp of American military-industrial complex.

What your saying is Ukraine should do what's best for Putin.

Why can't you just be honest and say that?

Is anyone claiming that Ukraine will come out of this war in better shape than they were going in?

On the flip side, if Ukraine doesn't eventually collapse and surrender unconditionally, this war will have been a disaster for Russia too. They already controlled Crimea and the Donbass before their invasion; NATO accession was effectively impossible. If they don't get all of Ukraine in the end, they will have fought a lengthy and extremely costly war, exposed their military as a paper tiger to the whole world, burnt through a good chunk of their Soviet era ammo and gear, pushed Ukraine even more toward the EU, and permanently alienated the best customers of their fossil exports... all just to seize control of a tiny strip of land between Crimea and Donbass. They could have built an artificial land connection to Crimea through the Kerch Strait made of pure gold for half the price tag, lol.

Very accurate assessment.

It's incredible how some posters believe that anyone who opposes Russian revisionism is automatically is in favour of war.
It's the ultimate attempt at gaslighting.
Their default worldview is that any country should roll over in the face of aggression and that countries allies should not support them but instead appease the aggressor.

These views are dangerous and those people that believe them should not be considered rational.

How does it feel that your entire recent lineage consisted of expandable brainwashed slaves to one dictatorship or another. Is that what made you so mad lol?

You consistently struggle to understand the context, my friend. However, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, considering that your English proficiency might be at a kindergarten level.

The issue of Russian corruption might not concern or need the attention of the Western world, as long as it remains within Russia. The real problem arises when Russia starts exporting corruption to other nations and engages in unlawful wars. I understand that grasping this concept may be challenging for you.
