This is why you deserve Trump

Ted Cruz always reminds me of those young pro wrestlers who have all the fundamentals mastered, but have zero charisma and no creative spark whatsoever, who just cant figure out what their gimmick is.

During the Bush years, he cosplayed as a Texan cowboy. During the Obama years, he tried to position himself as the standard bearer of the Tea Party movement. And during the Trump years, he's trying to turn himself into a mini-Trump.
It's even more cringeworthy when you go to thedonald.win and see that it's working with this segment of the GOP base. The folks over there love him all of a sudden. In their eyes, he morphed from "Lyin' Ted" into "Lion Ted" since he started sucking up to Trump.


At the end of the day, Cruz is just one of those super smart career politicians, devoured by his unbounded ambition, but completely spineless and without any convictions or genuine beliefs (other than that he should become president).
