extinction wise, Kim dinasty in North Korea intentionally starved people into death, somewhere between 600k and 1mil ppl starved to death while eating their own children on the way.
it was planned and aimed towards villages that were even forbidden to trade goods between eachother with penalty of death. they didn't even get any money from it. they did it cos they were too proud to accept help from any countries. so if some1 wants to do that for money...i wouldn't be surprised.
