It's unclear what the Mueller report will look like. The educated guess is it won't be some comprehensive document, and if Mueller really isn't indicting anyone else, Congress will have to basically compel the Justice Department to release a bunch of documents. It's entirely possible that there was collusion, but Mueller doesn't feel confident enough to bring a conspiracy case around it.
It makes sense for both sides to demand transparency.

Also happening today, SC office is putting out Manafort's sentencing memo. If they don't have to keep information hidden because of future indictments, this could include some interesting stuff.
