This is peak naivity. Do you seriously think that a high level diplomat, appointed by the government of Iran to represent the government of Iran at the United Nations, isn't politically and ideologically aligned with - you guessed it! - the government of Iran?
So yes, a representative of the Mullah regime being the chairman of the UN Human Rights Council immediately discredits this institution and proves that this body's votes and statements are not a suitable measuring stick for "who the bad actors are".
only if you're too ignorant (or dishonest) to know WHY iran got to chair the human rights council, moronically implying it was because of their impeccable record on that issue - because only then would it be the absurd and discrediting "decision" you falsely suggest it is, hack.
and no, you can most definitely tell who the bad actors on certain issues are by looking at which nations voted how, especially if you have overwhelming unity and just a few outliers.
i mean, the UN has repeatedly called out the systemic human rights violations by iran itself. alongside north korea, china, israel, saudi-arabia, and several other middle eastern states they are amongst the worst offenders ofc.
all that said, you completely missed the point to begin with... unsurprisingly...
