Any idea why Ukraine feels so strong about Cuba?

What a ridiculously one-sided vote.

How do you fight terror organization that embedded in civilian population?

How would you react if your entire family been raped, tortured, mutilated, kidnapped and killed brutally?
If you saw the videos I saw you would react the same way.
If you do not trust me try to find it yourself

ehhh i think you missed the part where my grandfather was in a concentration camp and i live in ireland (i.e. the troubles in the north). I can tell you that violence begets violence though.

It doesnt matter that your grandfather was in concentration camp.
My entire family been in the land of Israel for generations.
They saw the arab migration during the ottoman rule and at the british mandate.

I asked a simple question how do you deal with terror organization embedded with civilian population

Narcissists, that's who.

you turn the population against the terrorist organization, you dont prop up the terrorist organization against your own people (what Israel did).

Same thing that happened in the north of Ireland, you employ long term plans to change their attitude. while you can say "its too late to do that now" or whatever, my counter argument is two-fold:

1. its not too late
2. the Israeli government have had decades to do this. instead they have continued to employ policies that have alienated the Palestinians which has not gone down well with anyone in the world (apart from Israel and the US).

Israel is now devoted to wiping out the Palestinians. it is what it is. They are going to do what they want. There is no indication that Israel is going to pull back from their current course, which more and more, is likely to result in a regional war involving other countries.

note: when I say Israel, I am referring to the Political leadership.

COMMENT ON THE RISK OF NEGOTIATIONS NIGHTH TO NOVEMBER 3 2023
Many proukrainians are against negotiations since that would benefit Russia. They want a total victory, anything less is a betrayal of Ukraine, its people and military. Is it good or bad for Ukraine to get a negotiated ceasefire or peace now.

It depends on what you think about fortunes of War. If you believe Ukraine benefits from a long war of attrition, youmightwant the war to continue, even though it might cost hundreds of thousands of lives to retakeeastern Ukraine and the Crimea.

But if you believe Russia to be the winner in a long war of attrition, which I do, the only sane advice to Ukraine is to cut your losses and minimize your losses of territory and manpower. If the scenario that believes in a russian victory is true, a prolonged war would just result in a huge ukrainian losses both in territory and manpower. It's better for Ukraine to negotiate now, than in 2-3 years, when RuAF might stand at the Dniepr and hundreds of thousands of soldiers have died in vain on the Battlefield.

It's easy to sit in the west and argue for a prolonged war to the last ukrainian. But if you're both realistic and humanitarian, a real friend of Ukraine would argue for an armistice now, the sooner the better. It would save both a lot of ukrainian lives and territory.
