This is not government intervention which serves to distort markets - there are millions of perfectly healthy businesses about to go down, not because of bad business models or investment decisions but due to force majeur. The quickest way to socialism in the current situation would be to stand by and watch the economy disintegrate, so that vast parts of the population become dependent on the government for the long term.
I would have expected a libertarian to understand that.
