You need to work on your reading comprehension. I said he gave Starlink to Ukraine for the public brownie points, then made contact with Russian affiliated people, then cut it off to help Russia, then turned it back on after intervention from the DoD.

This is pretty undeniably what happened. We literally have photos of him with the Russian aligned individuals who fed him talking points.

You tend to do this a lot. Just kind of passively absorb an opinion, never check it, then misrepresent anybody who corrects you. You did it when a math teacher told you evolution wasn't science and I corrected you, and you're doing it again. It's honestly the only way you seem to actually take in information. Passively and uncritically.

Starlink is active over Ukraine, providing Ukraine with comms, has been this way for almost the entirety of the war, and dolts will still find a way to frame Elon Musk as some pro-Russian puppet taking talking points from Russians. If Russians had their way Ukraine wouldn't have Starlink, but they do. Your contorted framing is laughable.

i agree
+1.

guys this should not be hard.

Lets try this :

Question 1: How much did Elon Musk initially Charge Ukraine for providing Starlink, and...
Question 2: How much did the US Charge Ukraine for providing Free Aid?

Was Starlink ever turned off in the parts of Ukraine which are controlled by the Ukrainian government, yes or no? That's factual information which should be easy to verify, so that we know if you or Thor are right.

You know not everything has to be a maximalist position right? Like, Musk can be influenced by Russian actors without being a Russian puppet.

Not that hard to understand.

That Musk turned off Starlink to thrwart a Ukrainian offensive is a matter of public record.

He admitted to it

(A) A digitally edited video described as parody by its creator purports to show a guest insulting CNN’s Jake Tapper in response to questions about Elon Musk’s refusal - detailed in a new biography - of a Ukrainian request to use his Starlink satellite network in Crimea in 2022. In the original CNN interview broadcast on Sept. 11, 2023, Tapper asked the questions of U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. CNN said that the edited clip circulating online is fabricated.
(B) Elon Musk's involvement in the war in Ukraine was spotlighted in a new biography released on Tuesday, which claimed the world's richest man directly intervened in an attempted attack on Russian warships in the Black Sea. Bestselling author Walter Isaacson's newest release, Elon Musk, which chronicles the SpaceX founder's life and career, also mentioned his alleged involvement in limiting internet coverage to the Ukrainian military.
Last week, an excerpt from the biography was published in The Washington Post suggesting Musk had turned off Starlink internet terminals near Crimea and by doing so thwarted an active operation against Russian ships in the Black Sea.
(C) Elon Musk says he refused a Ukrainian request to activate his Starlink satellite network in Crimea's port city of Sevastopol to aid an attack on Russia's fleet there, saying he feared complicity in a "major" act of war.

There is a big difference between turning it off in all of ukraine and limiting it in crimea.

There are strikes like this on a daily basis, targeting everything from fuel depots to brigade headquarters to repair facilities etc
Why do you never talk about those and only post civilian casualties or damaged critical infrastructure?

Fuel depots are NOT related to the heating of civlians in winter. At least while they aren't using it to heat themselves or for generators.
Seems you are ignoring what Russia tried to do previous winter: a genocide on cilivian population by freezing them to death. And so: they are trying to do it again.

Should Ukraine respond with drones etc this winter ? Honestly i'm not sure if it's a good idea to copy Orcs.

No

It's very simple, Ukraine was planning to strike Crimea, he turned off coverage around Crimea because it would be an escalation.

So he did actively turn it off to help Russia and hurt Ukraine.

Thanks for admitting to exactly what I said lol
