Yes please translate, maybe it sounds less silly in French :D

hello, you are welcome:

Ruscism, also known as Rashism, Russism, or Russian fascism, is a term used by a number of scholars, politicians and publicists to describe the political ideology and the social practices of the Russian state in the late 20th and early 21st centuries, especially during the rule of Vladimir Putin.

The term was, in the form Russism or Ruscism (Russian: русизм, romanized: rusizm) popularized, described and extensively used in 1995 by President of the unrecognised Chechen state Ichkeria Dzhokhar Dudayev, who saw the military action by Russia in Chechnya as a manifestation of the rising far-right ideology.

According to Dudayev, Ruscism is

A variety of hatred ideology which is based on Great Russian chauvinism, spiritlessness and immorality. It differs from other forms of fascism, racism, and nationalism by a more extreme cruelty, both to man and to nature. It is based on the destruction of everything and everyone, the tactics of scorched earth. Ruscism is a schizophrenic variety of the world domination complex. This is a distinct version of slave psychology, it grows like a parasite on the fabricated history, occupied territories and oppressed peoples.

If you have more difficulties reading english i can translate it in french-canadian, always a pleasure. Now, like we are saying in d2 pvp european community: Get Goof.

It's just a racist portmanteau to attempt to smear the Russian people and their multi-party representative democratic government as "fascist" simply because they don't like what the Russian people vote for

Like most ideas. Think it was made up to describe Russia's apparent hatred ideology.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_Duma - House

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federation_Council_(Russia) - Senate

United Russia (of which Putin is the leader) holds the vast majority of the seats in the Russian Parliament (both upper and lower). Because guess what... that's what they voted for. That's what democracy is. If one party dominates all the others, perhaps the other parties should take note about what the people actually want?

It's "made up"... From a long time ago already: Russian empire, Stalinism, Putinism. All in 1.
Russian history is fucking depressing btw.
