Don't worry 2020 elections will be ready for google and their bolshevist practices. If these suckers try to pull another one like they did in 2016 it's the end of google management (sorry wamens) and perhaps a breakup of the company. Would serve them well tbh

Google is incarnation of deregulation and capitalism, "liberal" point is some modernism regarding the sex "equality" and management structure, fashion... Like almost all techs.

I guess you better to sit down... And:

1/ Praise Europe or some of its countries to be strong enough to regulate, tax, control these tech giants (including Facebook which probably want to protect Trump?)
2/ Watch Fox News like a boss.
3/ Been skilled enough, in a far future, to setup duckduckgo in your browser

Thanks you

1/ Why does EU have tax havens up to this day, basically mailbox-only physical location for giant companies and the super rich? Now that you started this, answer the question ^^
2/ Fox news was never mentioned and not relevant
3/ I'm well aware of DDG and other options

Tax heavens are not Europe's will, there's tax heavens everywhere in the world and within Europe, it's structural: what is important here is to be able to fine and to tax these giants properly on their activity and interactions with users which can be monitored, they can't hide it, they are not just plain financial abstract products.
Europe applied fines and some European countries, especially France & now Germany (i think) want to impose a "digital tax".

I doubt we can count on US to stop this capitalistic and monopolistic abomination, excepted with these new candidates like Sanders or Warren who are openly proposing to do somethings.
Others (republicans, "independants", and "moderated" democrats) are just too much deep in the system to reject it, so they shut their mouth.
And Trump... LOL the guy is a sell-out clown who made some promises to Facebook in exchange of their propaganda IMO.

For sure Fox News is not "bolshevist practices", it is something else, in much worse, like inviting project veritas turds.

lel it's only in your imaginary left wing world where EU and germany is doing something to counter this issue cuz germany is the second biggest tax haven of EU after UK. Actually now that UK is out of the union we can consider germany the biggest of all the EU!!!

https://www.investopedia.com/articles/wealth-management/121515/top-10-european-tax-havens.asp
"Foreign investors are freed from the burden of taxes on interest in Germany. The country retains the privacy of account holders. Foreign income is exempt from taxation whether it is in the form of dividends from foreign subsidiaries or income earned in foreign branches. Corporations benefit from Germany's tax environment as only 5% of dividends and capital gains have taxes levied against them. These classes of income are considered nondeductible operating expenditures according to German accounting standards."

France was the first country to put a digital taxation in 2019, Germany is scared but ready to start with a small taxation already.

How much money is involved do you think ^^. These tax havens are there for a reason, by offering sweat deals they hope to attract companies to their shores.

Countries that change their ways will see such holes falling into their budget that they can't correct it without major cuts elsewhere. Try doing that in EU where even proposed minor changes can cause endless protests.

The fact is digital tax started in 2019 and many french people would be glad if google was taxed down to death for sure, but it's not easy with capitalism corruption in USA and trade deal problems.
The do-nothing conservatives are just good in saying others are too slow. Funny how you tried to introduce a "protest" into this, so low.

Capitalism run amok.. What do you want to do about it?
This kind of makes me laugh on the inside.

I'm actually not one of those libertarian fundamentalists with a cartoonish degree of support for any form of capitalism, no matter how obviously dysfunctional it might be in a particular case.

I am in favor of putting in place sensible and prudent regulations on corporations - I just want it to be done sparingly and only when it's really necessary.

my simple statement on govt is.
I have 2% faith that government will do what is right for the avg. person
I have 0% faith that companies will do what is right for the avg. person.
R believe in trickle down, and ridiculous tRUmp who isn't even a R.
So I am stuck voting D.
