The backlash will come sooner or later. If the country is being run extremely well, of course things will be fine. If during his/her premiership and things go down south, not only will he / She be blamed, the entire culture will be blamed.
Tribalism at it's finest. The United Kingdom will be a textbook example if it doesn't run well. I hope they do well in Sunak's premiership though.

Socialism is literally the opposite of capitalism, where instead of private and free citizens owning the means of production & property (capital), the state has ownership of the means of production & property. People can have nominal "ownership" of minor goods such as clothing but they can't even own their own food lmao.
