France has best relation with the Russian people & culture or what it is left it. As we know these regimes are also destroying their own culture, along with artists & intellectuals.

No, I like Germany and Germans. I just pity them for what happened and I understand why it would be hard to sleep at night for them.

A bit better than other European nations perhaps.

I think I heard that France is just loaning Ukraine money, not gifting it? Smart on their part - if Ukraine survives they will owe France big time.
