I think the most interesting thing to point out is usually it's a said media journalist's opinion that is over valued while the raw scientific research is either missing or quoted according to said journals opinion which is aligned w/ who funds the article or its affiliation.

Most people, unfortunately, can't separate what they want to be true from what is actually true so they displace & play out the cognitive dissonance(which is of a spiritual nature) according to their conditioning. The most fascinating part about this is the same naysayers of the bible claim its missing evidence yet subscribe to mainstream media for testimony w/o evidence.
I side w/ the bible's view, the predictive power is reason enough but the book is only as good as the spirit of god that reveals it.

The EMF cellphone cancer link is good yet you'll have journalists adding their own unproven hypothesis to spin job it & the readers side w/ the journal's opinion for lack of scientific understanding if not confusion/inability to critically think. It becomes advertising at that point & who ever has the most naysaying fact checkers - they end up siding w/.
