Why does pretty much any kind of banter trigger you so hard? Not every snarky or cheeky comment (by me, by Trump or by anyone else) has to be taken super seriously.
When you get into an altercation with a random stranger in the streets or in a club, and he says "yo mama so fat", you'd probably give him a 10 minute lecture on fat shaming.
