All of the info in the MSM is wrong anyways. The lead goes to Ukraine but Ukraine never had the marine ability to go through with that kind of operation. Only countries in questions are Russia, USA and UK. It wasn't Russia for sure. I don't understand the idiotism about memes with Budanov as well. a 30+ year old has got 0 say in anything in special services. All the intel are provided by Nato, primarily by UK and US.
