campaign finance violations are illegal, but not collusion.

people who prescribe to the "but they started looking for collusion, and not its x, y, and z crime. but no collusion" as important dont understand law enforcement investigations. if a cop pulls you over for a broken tail light then finds pot in your trunk you still get the drug ticket regardless of how the tail light shakes out.

i do agree that crimes shouldn't be shaken off just because it doesn't have to do with the original crime.
however, beo's quote of trump quotes about cohen... was in response to icemage's post about specific "statutes". those statues are in layman's terms to espionage.
this seems like trying to lump the 2 together to me. even though the "russian spy" has nothing to do with trump as far as i'm aware.

to add to all that, i'd like to refer you to one of the points of my previous post.
these allegations of campaign finance violations are a very weak case. i'm not sure about the specifics of the other woman i hear mentioned. stormy though, would likely lose extortion and defamation charges if brought against her.

The guy admits they went in to bait a lie for leverage. Shady unforward shit. Funny, Huma and Cheryl Mills proven to have lied to the FBI but faced no such hassles. Knowingly lied. Wonder why, hmmm? Care to take a guess why the FBI was so gentle with Clinton and Obama drones, faggot?

I recall stories some months back saying the interviewing agents said they didn't believe the lie was intentional. I don't have the sources but I recall that much.

upper class gets a taste of the way cops treat lower class on a daily basis.

we devoted a couple of classes in school to discussing this very tactic. cops shows up at scene and trying to bait a lie by getting conflicting stories then uses it as leverage. happens every day. only way to change it is to extend the 4th amendment to cops only being able to investigate one crime at a time and only able to use evidence related directly to that crime. which of course would never work.

Did you even read the thread?

Those stories were right-wing spin... the agents knew immediately Flynn was lying, but he didn't show any signs of deception.

It really is hilarious how you just accept every bullshit Trump cult story. Years ago I wouldn't have taken you as one of those people.

"I’ve told the President that now is not the right time for me or my family to undertake this serious assignment."

Why it's not the time ? Someone is sick ? :(

I just read the headlines, I never took it so seriously. Fuck the FBI, as bad as the CIA and ATF. Burn down some more compounds filled with children and hurt people in the armed forces. A pack of rats. FBI shits need a cord around the neck, American slaying rats.

So, why weren't Huma and Mills charged?

You can't answer, because you're a NeverTrump cuckboi shill. Prove me wrong you can't. Don't worry, I'm plenty pissed with Trump's shitty performance, but that's another topic. I'm hyper pissed over the Trump Administration's failure to enact immigration reform and enact a populist agenda. Doesn't change the fact that g-men are fucking rat fucks and this has always been a fishing expedition FAR BEYOND THE MANDATE OF THE INVESTIGATION. So, go suck on Muellers flaccid cock some more as he shits his pants while testifying about Iraq's WMDs.

the whole fact that these 2 women didn't come out until the election is literally the proof of extortion and defamation.

i'm not sure how you can call trump using his own money to squash future defamation, a campaign finance violation.

the story was uncovered by a media outlet (while stormy was legally required never to speak about it), trump heard the rumors and spoke about it publicly (breaking the silence agreement = stormy can speak freely).

you dont have a very good understanding of the law let alone the timeline, you should do some research.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rationale_for_the_Iraq_War

On February 11, 2003, FBI Director Robert Mueller testified to Congress that "Iraq has moved to the top of my list. As we previously briefed this Committee, Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program poses a clear threat to our national security, a threat that will certainly increase in the event of future military action against Iraq. Baghdad has the capability and, we presume, the will to use biological, chemical, or radiological weapons against US domestic targets in the event of a US invasion."[33][34]

Yeah, it is. The FBI is sparing Democrats from criminal prosecutions but hounding Republicans over non-issue nonsense. The FBI has been weaponized and the people who rule this country get their buddies spared, offered immunity like it's Halloween candy, and decide no wrongdoing before an investigation is even conducted.

The fact that you can't acknowledge the FBI's wrongdoing proves you're a shill and a faggot
