There are cases where settling a lawsuit can be reasonably seen as losing, and I'd say that whether you call the Trump University case a loss or not doesn't change the fact that if he didn't settle he was almost certainly going to lose in court.

He* falsely claimed he lost two lawsuits and apologized.. when he settled out of court without an admission of guilt and the complaint was dismissed.
That is objective reality conflicting with his* claims.

If he apologized and had to settle a claim and pay out money that can be reasonably seen as a loss even if there wasnt an official judgement made by a court.

"A settlement was reached in 1975 where Trump agreed to familiarize himself with the Fair Housing Act, take out ads stating that Black renters were welcome, give a list of vacancies to the Urban League on a weekly basis, and allow the Urban League to present qualified candidates for 20% of vacancies in properties that were less than 10% non-White"

Does this sound like a win and a non admission of guilt?
He basically claimed "I didn't know racism was illegal" and said he wouldn't do it again, then he did do it again.

I never said he 'won cases'.
You said he lost them.
I said he settled the case with no admission of guilt. Thats a fact.
I cited the exact words right from the settlement.

Calling what i said a lie after you were proven wrong is ridiculous and dishonest.
insulting me and posting this trash is a low IQ rationalization of ignorance and deflection from being wrong.

He got sued for racist practices he engaged in, i TAKE IT BACK OK HE DID NOT LOSE THE LAWSUIT HE SETTLED.
HE IS STILL RACIST NOTHING CHANGED GZ ON "WINNING".
