Trump was with Xi Jinping in Argentina closing up a deal bringing some manufacturing Jobs back to USA, Investments and also work out on some security issues with Huawei and Bytedance (Tik Tok).

John Bolton took matters in his own hands and capture Huawei princess in Canada and got the Canadian government to lock her up for two years.
