"Infringing on parental rights"? You see, it's this sort of things from you that makes me not want to engage you. There was absolutely no need to put a spin on it. Anyway, to answer: parents already don't have complete freedom/rights over what they can expose their children to. For example, in my province, parents cannot allow underaged children to buy lottery. I know that drag story hour isn't against the law (yet), however if people feel that it's inappropriate, then they can work on getting it banned by law, which is what some people are doing. It's how democracy works.
