Update:
AFU is stuck at the south east front, hardly any gains. It seems like Russia broke through north east to Kupjansk and the villages around. Civilian population in the vicinity is being evacuated. AFU is sending reserves there. If they don't arrive on time, they might have to cede territory.

it's absurd really. only a complete moron would ever fall for the whole "de-nazifying" angle, considering how high the percentage of neo-nazis within the russian army (and sadly russia in general) is, how those fascist are a significant part of pootin's personal protection crew and crucial allies in his not-so-official dealings making him one of the richest people on the planet, and how russia sponsors (and in turn is defended by) fringe far right groups all across the west.

Staying on the point at hand, there is ample evidence, in the media, if people care to look, of the extreme far right issues within Ukraine, prior to the war. This has been extensively proven, via evidence, and acknowledged by the Western World, including Germany and the United States. For people to now question or reject these facts, to brush them off / ignore them, is disingenuous in any argument relating to the matter. When debating an issue it is poor form to display such selective amnesia.

This is very dumb.

A better argument would be something like this:

The West and Russia are at war. This war is waged on many fronts, with media being one of these fronts. Western Main Stream Media is fighting against Russian media to direct the narrative.

From the outset, Russia has used an excuse of Ukrainian far right extremism to wage this war. A lie. Western Main Stream Media has time and time again refuted this lie while at the same time it has swept under the carpet historic issues, in Ukraine, relating to far right extremism.

Anyone interested in this topic should review the links previously provided on this matter, or can do a google search by year 2008-feb 2022 relating to Ukraine and far right extremism, to make up their own mind. Ultimately, Ukraine has been invaded by their much larger neighbor and they continue to demonstrate very strong nationalism and unity, which is to be commended by any country that has been invaded and attacked.

i mean there was literally an article in one of the big US papers from a reporter, who said that nazi symbols are EVERYWHERE and they routinely had to ask the soldiers to cover them up before taking pictures
