I'm glad that you're more reasonable
As for people who use it against all Russians, its not hard to find them - they are all over Reddit. People openly dehumanizing all Russians because of their support for the war.
to be fair, that's the main reason i generally don't use it - not because i think it's inappropriate for those who invade, torture, murder, and rape in ukraine, but because i see the danger of it becoming a slur against ALL russians, which i agree would be wrong.
at the same, time i think the pearl clutching by those who simply deny the fact that russia started this war, who downplay russian warcrimes, while constantly demonising "the west", is highly hypocritical. imagine getting all hot and bothered by the term "orcs" but not by the suffering pootin is inflicting on ukraine. it's so disingenuous and pathetic...

Dude youre calling them orcs the last 3000 pages what are you talking about?
you're such a liar, lol. here's a challenge: find just THREE POSTS in which i use the term "orcs" for russians, and i will forever leave this forum. to clarify: not posts of me discussing this term with pootin apologists, or paraphrasing / quoting someone, but actually using it to describe russian invaders.
if you can't find THREE posts, you leave the forum forever.
do we have a deal, or will you dodge and admit that you're a liar? what will it be?
i already know: you will pretend that you simply cba to look through my post history, and still insist that you're right - and your fellow pootin apologists will go along with it as if it was true, even though it's a brazen lie.

I served two and a half years in the military and was posted during the East Timor Crisis. An Order is an Order you follow the orders that are given by your superiors.
what a simplistic NPC take. unlike most people here, i actually DID serve in the military, and as such i know that at least in the civilised world, there is a DUTY to disobey orders that constitute a crime according to the penal code, or a grave violation of international law - and a strong incentive to disobey orders violating human dignity. of course those things are more difficult in times of war, especially when you're part of a dictator's army, but it's not like there weren't plenty of russian soldiers who rejected pootin's orders and rather surrendered than murder their neighbours.
