And to remember who started this thread in the first place. I'm no fan of Trump by any means, but there's more important stuff to go after, rather than this nickel and dime bullshit.

I don't think there's a unified message from the Trump cult. Some think Cohen is lying, including Trump, even though Giuliani said Trump's written answers match Cohen's. Fortunately you can't really argue with documentary evidence like emails. It's hard to maintain a coherent message when a president and his supporters are so untethered from the truth.

Calling them "process crimes" is just an attempt to minimize though. I don't know what false equivalence you're referring to.
