https://denver.cbslocal.com/2020/10/11/matthew-dolloff-denver-security-guard/There is zero evidence of Matthew Dolloff being qualified or registered as a security guard, his linkedin shows zero relevant experience or training, his social media has no signs of it.
He had no license to operate as a security guard in Denver, which is required. If acting as a security guard, he was violating the law and illegally carrying.
Denver law requires security guards to submit to training, registration and background checks, and prohibits them from both being plainsclothes
and carrying firearms (either/or only). He was plainsclothes, carrying a firearm and not registered
There's been no apparent response from the Pinkerton agency about him yet, so we don't have their side of the story and whether he even really contracted through them.
So what we've got so far is a story of a liberal journalist who may or may not have ties/sympathies to Antifa, present at a Patriot vs Antifa rally with an illegal unregistered bodyguard who has his own far-left social media trail and Occupy Protest involvement and may or may not have an antifa tattoo on his wrist (the space invader meme), and he shot a Patriot who was backing away from him and not presenting any justifiable threat. But within hours of the fake security guard being arrested, Denver police put out a statement saying he has no links to Antifa, and the Denver Post retracted their story claiming he was an Antifa gunman.
