The governement said "ok we can pay for covid hospitalization" in a country where healthcare is a business. A test will always be done especially if the patient can't pay the million $$ bill.

Dont forget there's also many conditions where it's "bad" to unveil covid deaths; typically in private retirement/nursing homes.
Having cases & covid deaths is bad for business, and politics do not like it either (starting from local Mayors up to state heads) and since there's no ICU giant bill...

Predictions are not facts. The CDC link you posted is listing predictions, not actual deaths based on current death certificates.

We don't know how many people have died in 2020 yet. 2019 death totals weren't posted until something like June 2020. There's usually a 6 month reporting delay.

Note that I'm not making any assertions about the numbers here, or validating or denying any specific viewpoint. Merely pointing out that your "source" is not listing factual deaths based solely on death certificates, but predicted deaths.

When conspiracy theories become substantiated they stop being called conspiracy theories, so it depends on your definition.

Like, I think it's pretty obvious that the media is manipulated by corporate interests to eliminate any consideration of opinions that would seriously change the status quo. This was done all through the 2000's by oil companies advertising to dissuade serious coverage of climate change because it would affect advertising dollars of the station and continues to be done by eliminating any discussion of serious changes to our current capitalist model.

Sinclair broadcasting group has made a specific effort to buy local stations and air conservative propaganda on them.

Both of those would be conspiracy theories, but they are well substantiated so they aren't called "conspiracy theories".
