"Чмобик" - "Chmobik", with Ч(ch) added at the start, which is shortening of "Partial", since Russia declared "Частичную МОБилизацию" - "Partial mobilisation" whatever that means. AND part of this word - ЧМОбик (CHMObik) also means "Schmuck".
