In relation to the video you posted, I think you missed the part where Russia is at war with Ukraine. When a country is invaded what you see in that video happens in the invaded country. Well, actually no, the Ukraine conflict is not nearly as bad when compared to some recent wars, such as : the 1998-2003 War in Congo or the Syrian Civil War. Look I didnt even mention the Iraq War.
