For anyone not following Russiagate very closely, Papadopolous's lawyers requested that his jailing be postponed until there's an outcome to the Special Counsel vs Andrew Miller grand jury fight(questioning the legitimacy of Mueller's appointment).

So this is their response to him:

You'll notice Papadopolous's tweets are in there. I've said it before, but don't be surprised when Trump's tweets are presented as evidence in court cases. It's already happened. Apparently judges don't abide by the "don't take what he says literally" mantra of the Trump cult.

Circumstantial evidence is generally looked down upon by real judges

So apparently an interview was highly likely in January 2018, but after hearing the 16 topics the Special Counsel wanted to discuss, Trump's team backed out.

According to the Mueller team, Manafort has been lying to them during questioning, which would be a violation of his plea agreement. Looks like they're calling for immediate sentencing.

So have we found evidence of collusion, or are we still nailing nobodies to small jail sentences for unrelated "crimes"?

well, Mueller's team is better at creating crimes than uncovering them
