Senate are the ones who confirm judicial nominations so Flake's threat only matters for a couple months.

RBG needs to eat her god damn wheaties. they have the votes to streamline it even more than the last vote now. 3 conservative justices in a single term would be an insane accomplishment that would dwarf the tax cuts and everything else combined in the context of legacy, longterm. Widow would be proud.

The time Mueller finish the job, or/and democrats load their subpoena cannon ...

yes and no. if they impeach Trump the job doesnt go to HRC, it goes to Pence or another conservative. and after flake is gone they can just nominate a conservative then.

They dont want to impeach him or ... They just want to make him suffer so much...Soooo much... That nobody will like him anymore, even Helical.
