No...

The top guys in that regime have most definitely sworn to be buddies to the end, they have to in order to keep this going...

IMO Shoigu and Gerasimov were in on this and will get a nice pension and Putin got his martial law

Well I noticed the possibility of martial law from the beginning of this (it could be a good reason to declare martial law)

But what about the 5 million fighters that you mentioned
