Hyperbole.

The 14-year old stabbed a girl to death so he could commit some petty robbery. You aren't going to reengineer someone to realize that casually taking a life so that they can have some pocket money isn't a good thing.

I dont see this as going down that rabbit hole.

The fact that it was needed to begin with though indicates we have already gone further than I'm comfortable with.

Under that initial rule, every activist could have set up his own "news blog" to claim journalist status and be exempt from arrest, etc.
I agree that the order was too broad and prone to abuse.
