We had an extensive investigation into the Ford case. Her story changed, she had no recollection of important details, there were no contemporaneous accounts of the alleged incident (forget the assault, no one ever recalls a party where Ford and Kavanaugh were both present, or that they ever hung out socially at all).

Should we treat this case any differently?
