The whole rest of the world's poor and violent are not America's responsibility and he was demonstrating that. We aren't exactly getting scores of doctors and satellite and telemetry undergrads who can improve GPS speed and accuracy and save lives through emergency services being used safer.

Free up the market to move around while being watchful, not ignorant. Security. Lowest black and hispanic unemployment levels in ages. He was uhh, pretty good policy-wise.
