Maybe police shouldnt be 140lb little whimps. They said his weight and height during trial yesterday, and I ROFLD. I've worked some hard labor jobs, and they as legal as they can be would not hire little dinky whimps like a Chauvin. Guy not big enough perform job duties safely without accomodations and risking safety of himself, public, etc.

Id expect an individual of GF size and background to not bruise easy to begin with, and you can close airway without excessive force and bruising. Maybe you are just reiterating what the defense pitched? They weaved in a lot of things to confuse and distract the jurors. For example, prosecution used witness 1 to frame up a timeline and interactions, then defense went over the same haphazardly with tangential questions to muddy the waters and cast doubt on witness 1.

I dont know how the trial wasnt moved for this reason. The same thing was done for OJ who was a complete jerkoff.
