Fox News lawyers argued successfully that no "reasonable" "skeptical" viewer takes Tucker Carlson seriously
"This 'general tenor' of the [Tucker Carlson program ] should then inform a viewer that he [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts" about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.'"
McDougal v Fox News
US District Court, SDNY
Case 1:10-cv-11161-MKV, 09'/24/2020

Any news agency that goes out of its way to bring on extremists thet represent 0.00000001% of the population is doing a disservice to the public in my opinion. It's easy to cheery pick nut cases from both ends of the political spectrum and they will naturally make themselves look silly in the general viewers eye. This is basically Tucker's bread and butter and what people know him for.

No legitimate agency should be doing this.

I kind of hate all the "court stuff" but I feel like in the age of disinformation and how bad it messes with the narrative maybe NEWS outlets need to be sued to come to this conclusion on ALL of them.

you can tell trump isn't racist because droves of black people in fact support him

it's the left who then attacks those people with racist epithets like "uncle tom" "Bootlicker" "skinship not kinship" "not authentically black" "practically white"

the list goes on. the "anti-racist" left are the most racist people i've talked to in YEARS

The most racist part about them is that they want blacks to fail.

If blacks ever did succeed the Democrats would have to campaign on something else. They wpuld lose voters forever.

In the light of their article on Trump's tax returns, here's a friendly reminder that the nytimes paid federal income taxes of $0 (zero) on their earnings of $111 million in 2017:

Calling out double standards and hypocrisy wherever we notice them is a good thing. The GOP's hypocrisy in terms of supreme court nominations doesnt reduce the Times' hypocrisy one bit.
