Fox News lawyers argued successfully that no "reasonable" "skeptical" viewer takes Tucker Carlson seriously
"This 'general tenor' of the [Tucker Carlson program ] should then inform a viewer that he [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts" about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.'"
McDougal v Fox News
US District Court, SDNY
Case 1:10-cv-11161-MKV, 09'/24/2020
Any news agency that goes out of its way to bring on extremists thet represent 0.00000001% of the population is doing a disservice to the public in my opinion. It's easy to cheery pick nut cases from both ends of the political spectrum and they will naturally make themselves look silly in the general viewers eye. This is basically Tucker's bread and butter and what people know him for.
No legitimate agency should be doing this.
