when was the last time people asked for a fair amount in a law suit? lol.....

he asks for 100m, he settles for like 2-3m. we all know this.

but honestly for a guy like Zim, can't work, needs to worry about personal safety, and isn't old, 2-3m for the rest of your life expenses isn't that far off.

but that's only calculating expenses to life, this suit includes damages to his reputation. which is an increase in pay. i dont think he'll get much if he even wins, but the calculations are rarely fair. they're more about precedent and rounding up to make people shut up.



social disorders are not always unmanageable or even uncureable. zimzam is done for life, in 2069 he'll still get recognized in public.

but if someone caused someone's social disorder through maleficence they'd be open to a lawsuit. so.....

i think personally he should get a small payout (if the prosecutors and family did pull the bullshit mentioned in the OP) for his end of life expenses and he should have to live with the scarlet letter. he's already a social pariah, no need for him to starve too. and if he really is the victim of a smear campaign that's bad bad bad.

He is notorious. You become famous for murdering a child there might be consequences.
I don't give a fuck about that tbh, I'm a big fan of personal responsibility. He made his bed...He hunted a person and got away with it for the most part. Now he wants money because he is so deplorable everyone hates him. OJ is having trouble getting work too...are you gonna hire him?

And antisocial people just usually end up in prison. He is already lucky enough to be out walking around. People better than him are living outside in this cold.




People are responsive to individuals who do a bad thing and repent or show any remorse. He killed a kid and is suing the kid's mom because he can't get a job. A kid that grew 8 inches in a single night and had lethal skittles.

I will have to see more evidence than memes and the testimony of individuals I know to be dishonest. There was no conviction, and he wasn't even arrested.

Did he spend a single night in jail? No rational, concrete damages are there. Not even lost wages lol.
