Have you consulted your American msm lately on the latest talking points? You might need an update buddy wrt Havana.

Eu has been for decades pro-Havana lifting sanctions and allowing trade in euros. US foreign policy for some reason still keeps Havana sanctioned 30 years after the fall of USSR.

Would you say invasion of Havana would be acceptable to prevent Chinese army build up in the foreseable future? After all Cuba is a non-aligned sovereign state that is free to make their own decisions right?

Chinese don't need a spy base to hear the fall of their exports.

Nah we're chillin. Got a hunch China won't ever consider stationing troops there. Chinese troops went on UN peacekeeping missions in Africa and got their shit pushed in quickly.
It would be a sum loss for China to attempt something like building up its forces in Cuba.
