Blowing up a pipeline or a dam can leave clues, you can get caught. At the scale of a country, people try not to take any risks. For me, this kind of decision can more easily come from the will of a single person.

I think the term Nazi is extensively overused , it has evolved considerably even though the essence remains the same.
It is just a handy term to degrade people that you don't agree with when discourse and debate end either in a stalemate or when the opposition is losing the argument.

More often than not I refused to use the terminology, although the nature of it is quintessentially apt to describe certain groups of organizations and people.

And when passion arises to a tipping point , we will even use it to make a blanket statement on an entire race or inhabitants of a particular country.

This is how conflict begins.
